justal Posted January 24, 2003 Report Posted January 24, 2003 I've just released a new feature on my website that allows kite-boarders to record their kiting sessions.... date, location, wind direction etc., and equipment usage. You can then analyse your kiting sessions, see how often you get out on average, which wind directions etc. are best at each locaation and see which kit you use most. Others can also view your diary entries and similarly you can view theirs, so that you can see what others are up to in your area. Its all new at the moment and I shall be adding more features to the stats pages in the near future. Mine only ever last a few years as they spend all their time on the beach and geting encrusted with salt and sand. I underseal it and Jet Wash it every week, but that doesn't seem to help, the dreaded rust still sets in. Still, Its a price we have to pay I guess. You can now add and view your entries, view everyone else entries. View your total stats ot stats for any given year or month. And also view every other members stats. And you can see the stats according to Activity Location Wind Direction Wind Strength Sea State (if applicable) Air temperature Water Temperature (if applicable) The average rating is also shown. Last night I also added an overview of the current month in the diaries, with the total no. of entries, your entries so far and the top 3 most active members. The toyboxes have also been tarted up a bit with a new overview of your toybox, showing how mnay of each toy_type you own and the most commonly used.
