Rule of thumb for tide @ Toms Cabin

Was just wondering what the genereal rule of thumb was regarding the tide at Toms cabin

Have a look on the SX forum. As you're new it might be best to avoid Toms for now. Generally if the concrete pipe is covered don't go out. Best to avoid 2 hours either side of high tide but this varies on the tide.

See if anyone is free on the SX forum to give you a tour and buddy up with you before you think of going out there.
