well i made a powerkiteshop order on the 7th august. i received nothing from them not even an invoice so i emailed them on the 9th and my deck came the next day and the shipping label on the front said next day special so they must have got my email, but im still waiting for my bindings that i ordered at the same time but i still haven't had an email saying anything about it.

 

i have ordered a lot of stuff from them in the past but i always paid with a debit card this time i used paypal as my card was in the van and could be bothered to go and get it.

 

anyone else had this?

i was hoping to have used my board on sunday just gone. =[

I've had many problems with PKS in the past. Seems things still the same. No email confirmation if order running late.

Waited six weeks for something that their site said was in stock. The final straw came when I recommended a friend that she buy her son a Flexi beany from them for Christmas. Two years later still waiting. I won't go with them anymore.

I agree with festa.. Why not just phone them in the first place.

 

Cos it's easier to bitch on a forum? Gives them some great advertising too..................

I have never had any trouble when ordering from them. When I ordered something they could n't get for a couple of weeks they sent an email asking if I was ok to wait or if I wanted a different colour. Must be an oversite at their end

Give them a ring they cant sort anything out over a kite forum.

They our genuinely good guys and will do their best for you but

you'll have to keep phoning them to get a result.
