London-Calling Posted November 20, 2009 Report Posted November 20, 2009 You could try Simplon Pass, or Leukerbad. The former is a funnel between Italy and Switzerland. Go to the cafe at the top of the pass and you will find other kiters in action. There are hotels in the town of Brig. The latter is a snow resort town. There is a frozen lake on top of the mountain. Good luck Quote
FreeAir Posted November 25, 2009 Report Posted November 25, 2009 best place for snowkite is Bernina Pass near Saint Moritz ... and near you found also Silvaplana that is a little frozen lake. Bernina is the best. Quote
Andy-j Posted November 25, 2009 Report Posted November 25, 2009 speak to Oli at big blue kitesurfing. http://forum.kitecrowd.com/members/bigblue/ He spent last season in brig lastyear and is going back this year, he can give you the lowdown on the spots. p.s. take a big kite! Quote
