My Background
Started a year or two ago with a radsail 3.6m (don't bother),after trying various other kites for the buggy i decided on the bullet. I bought the kite on e-bay (£250 u can save alot of money here) brand new at christmas, day after boxing day couldn't wait any longer nice and windy out comes kite.
First impression, nicely presented good quality backpack colour coded lines and bridles and unlike the radsail it feels like quality both materials and build and is very easy to set up. Now for the launch, this kite just wants to fly, and so it did, it took me compleatly by surprise (me weighing in at 15 1/2 stone) took off and landed about 20ft down the field screaming like a 12yr old girl feeling like i'd broken several ribs (thank the lord for kite-killers).So as u would expect i packed up, this can be done very quickly and easily.
Come on summer, out comes kite no tangles, all credit to flexifoil for the croc-grips. After flying in lower winds i discoverd what this kite is capeable of so bring on the bigger winds, Fantastic amounts of power, in a buggy this is probebly the second most entertaining thing u can do solo! out of the buggy it's just as much fun with long scuds 4-5ft jumps in strong winds.
The kite has quite a large wind window and is very stable and responsive with very little luffing or over flying but the main fault of this kite is the brakes in high winds excelent turns in the air, u try and land it's like a 747 simulator u'v no hope.
Overall this is probebly one of the best traction kites on the market, do shop around u will save alot of money but do beware this kite is capable of generating the most stupid amounts of power and if not given enough respect it will hurt u! it has me several times, but it's such good fun i keep going back for more!
