I was down the beach the other day, I was packing my blade away after a good sesh I came to wind the lines in and a little girl (ow I hate little girls there so annoying) came over and saw that the lines where moving, so she started standing on the ends and putting here hands on them, I caryd on winding them in ignoring here, her parents where just lay on the beach doing nothing about it, it was a bit of a chasing game to her, Id asked her nicely several time by now, but she kept on laughing and chasing them, and then she decided to sit on them so I thourght f**k this and pulled the lines as hard as I could( I was pretty pi$$ed off by now!!!! ) I think the lines burnt her A$$ a bit because she was sat on them, but she didnt chase them anymore!!!!!!

Im a believer know, I dont think windtalker is the kinda person to lie, that rasga bloke though he seams lika bit of a dodgy character!!!! It was that blo*dy mx5alan putting ideas in to my head;)

I think thats why he said a rev (a 4 line stunt kite) u cant be pulled off then

Not realy mate, the blades and bullet are a different kid of pull alltogether its a lot more solid rather than beeing popy fast little tugs that the stackers give u, but are very fun, I found that once u fly a trction 4line kite youll never look bac and from wat Iv seen that is the case with most other people:D

Some people say that the blade 1s are the best but at the end of the day you where expecting a 2 and the 2's do tend to be worth quite a bit more than the 1s + they look alot better, if it was me mate Id play my face about it, if u where told it was a blade 2 thats just not on

just read the rest of the thread about the gusty condtions, and just to say If you can fly the blades well then 20mph is fine but not in gusty condtions I only fly it in that much wind if Im on the beach with a steady wind cumin straight off the sea. and Its only for keeping it at the top for jumping, bringing it low just aint an option:D Adam:D

Yep Iv found the same problem mate, wen u fly the blade 4.9 in anything like 20mph bringing it even slightly low in the power zone resultd in the handles beeing ripped out of yu hands, unless uv got time to bring bac out. wen It real windy if urr up for getting muddy trousers rather than PI$$ing about flying up the edge of the window, just sit on the floor and take it straight up the middle and u slide forward realy realy quike, loads of fun mate:D

I know wat yu mean mate and if we could get the wind it would be great but udd av to be lucky, If your arranging it for middle wallop Id be up for it, Im gonna be a wallop2, would it be after the event or before though, I doubt many people would be up for it during the event because they all wont to be flying at the fest. Youd av to have all different kites out for different wind condtions just incase, Id be willing to put my kites in aswell. I mean it is for charity:D Adam:D

Just been looking at the discontiued products by flexifoil and in there powerkite range theyv got something called a pro-speed, its the same length as the proteam 8 and is built the same as the other stackers, has any1 heard of these or owns 1 or has flown 1. if so could u tell me wat there like and wats the difference between them and the proteam 8's any info helpfull Cheers, Adam:D

Mate It will be hard to find 24hrs in a row in the summer that u can fly an imp or stacker6, Id be up for it, but I live in irelnad:D

The only french kite company I can think of is EDEL there manily paragliding but they got a few kites aswell I never flown any of there kites though and It may not be wat urr thinking of. Just a thourght. Adam:D

With the bego and keeping the line tight, surrely this is dangerous wen jumping because you are keeping the brakes on slightly to get the best out of the kite for a good jump, and while in mid air you havent got the best control over the kite wat if you accidently give it to much brake without even realising in mid air, that could be nasty:eek:
