  1. Hi Dislocated my shoulder plying rugby, then fell after it had been reset and broke the topn of the humorus. 18 months later and I am flying a blade 3.5m and have been mountain boarding. I could have returned earlier however but the pressure of work stopped me. Dont get depressed go to physio and build up slowly, and I am no doctor but you will get through it. One thing dont take extra calcium or bone growth suppliments they can cause more problems. Dont know your age but the older you are the less likely it will re-dislocate. Remember there are more muscles than the rotary cuff one around the shoulder, biceps and tricep play a part. JC
  2. Thank you very much you know the score only so much money to go round and 100 for MBS F3 or 80 for flows advice from an owner/rider is paramount. I owe you one ty JC:)
  3. Thought I picked up more speed than I could handle, reading the advice about dipping into the power window it seemed that as soon as I did bag i was off at a rate of Knots. Wot do you think of the GRIT set up, I like the look of the dirt armour which I was going to top off with some fox plastic stuff. I want to use it in the Alps next year for mountainboarding wantr comfort and less sweaty ness. Problem with the grass on the airfield is that it is like a ploughed field really bump and rutted. till I get my NOSNO with bindings I will be stuck to my 8'' whelled scrub whci has a problem over mole hills. wish I had a 2.5 m bullet I find the 3.5m over concrete very fast. JC
  4. Fellas Without sounding like a beefer what is the best body Armour on the market (Grit, Dirt) I am trying to kiteboard on a concrete airfield. Wot do you'all usewant to rpotect an old injured shoulder. Cheer fellas JC
  5. Hi I take it that you rate the FLOW above the F3 goign to get one or the other and I dont want to waste cash. having the back of the binding down what are the pros and cons. Any problems getting your feet out or going heel side? JC
  6. Found flow bindings for sale, do you take the back plate off or just lower it down. I think it would have to come off to stop heel side problems (back catching). I have seen the FLOW FII binding is that similar to yours?
  7. How do you have your truck real firm or wot, I know some of this is personal I am still struggling with getting my wieght over the board to go toeside. Cannot imagine trying to go toeside on my NOSNO without my boots and bindings. DO you have to do alot of bouncing and hopping about to get going in the right direction. Indescent are trying to rig a brake system for me at the moment not for kiting but for down hill excursions. JC
  8. Anyone landboarded on a NOSNO FREERIDE, I am looking at fitting the MBS F3 binding, any other suggestions. Out for the first time today not much wind really frustrating, my dreams of carving up the local airfield were a bit unfounded more to landboarding than meets the eye. Riding and old scrub on shock trucks till I adaapt my NO SNO. Anyone used PRIMO STYKER 9'' tyres got used to the freeride 10'', cant imagine riding smaller over rough ground.
  9. I put shock truck on my SCRUB and turned it into a cross/rough ground marvel I rate them but they are not for everyone. They are easy to tighten up to combat speed wobble. Good end on shock absobption. Good Luck

Hi fellas Got a Bullet 1.5 and 3.5m and want to get in to landboarding. I own a NO SNO Freeride and Scrub board with shocktruck. Living in the flat lands of Monchengladbach on the NL border. What is the general take on things: Is a harness really neccessary? If youn fly across the wind how do you return across wind with the wind toe side? Do you fly in a big triangle? Do you have to work the kite in a figure eight in the power zone or across the wind? Where is the best place to get advice off the web? JC
