  5. Yep Libra Get one and save money and time. I had a PL Comp and it used to scare the $hit out of me and not in a good "look how fast i'm going" way, more of a "oh my god i thnk it's gona brake and impale me on a sharp bit of side rail" way. lol
  6. Thanks for that Graham. I will ring in the morning. Oh and Wooooooosh i wouldnt have to go on a diet if i didnt have a m8 saying things like "oh you need a bigger buggy" and "oh you need bigger tyers, hubs and forks for your bigger buggy" and "oh wouldnt your bigger buggy with bigger hubs, bigger tyers and bigger forks look good with one of those nice libre bags on the back". Why oh why didnt i learn to steer my car with my feet, i could have saved a fortune...! :D Spike
  7. ok so i can fix it then. How do i do it? can you post a link on how to please. Cheers Spike
  8. Broken Line. HI i was out buggying at the weekend and one of my ozone lines broke but not where you'd expect. At the end of the line there the loop is has come undone/unstiched or however the loop is made. How can i remake the loop? as the line is perfect other than that and i dont want to go to the expense of buying new 30M lines. It was a bit odd really as it was a brake line that went in the middle of a turn and it scared the $hit out of me cos i never had a line go b4. Has anyone else had this problem with ozone lines? Cheers in advance Spike
  9. See if you can get a go on a 4.5 Razor. I would think it would be enough of a jump from your buster but i have never flown a 4M buster so cant be sure. Always try b4 you buy if you can. (Spikeman wishes he had money for a 4.5 Razor:( ) spike
  10. Soz had to edit my last reply as it was misleading. Ooooh you big show off you buying kites just fun instead of needing them. Well if it was me i'd get a nice race kite like a razor cos i like being scared. lol
  11. A lot depends on where you fly and what sort of budget you have. But i would not have said the Blade 6.6 was NOT a good buggy engine (unless you want to buggy jump) as they create a lot of lift. What is wrong with your busters? They should do the job. Spike
  12. Yes the LD's are great very easy to fly and good for learning and getting the hang of things but i'm on the other side and wish i had got razors. Where do you fly inland? what is the wind like there gusty? if so the LD will bet you best bet. Spike
  13. New Kite I'd go for a another razor as the extra pull they give will make a 4.5LD too close to you 3.5 Razor. Just a thought. Spike
  14. Yuk...! Take it off stright away and i'll get rid of it for you LOL. Nah looks good how much did it cost you to build? Spike
  15. I'll tell ya how come. It's cos they have kevlar implants under their scalp and when they crash it does not hurt them. Or............... It's cos getting hurt only happens to other people. Or................They are stupid. Lol Spike
  16. Ooooh.....! mummy can i have a B1 Projet pleeeeeeeease.
  17. Hi m8 Take a look at a Barracuda buggy (look up ZMAN on here). I had a PL comp and it scared the $hit out of me so now have a v-max and i love it but if i had seen these first i would have got one as you can have them made to your spec so no messing about upgrading after you buy it. Oh and also hear that ZMAN's work it top notch "as good as if not better than Libre" i read on here somewhere. Spike.
  18. Hi, I use Progrip light sensitive and they are great. They do about 15 different replacement lenses and two types of tear off's. Oh and the anti-fog workes well too. Not sure on the scratch resistancey though. Spike.
  19. Humm.... Jock, that man has a lot to answer for. Lol...! Anyway hi m8. I'm over Hanworth most sundays and sometimes mid week with some of my family (brother and brother inlaw)as long as it is not raining We are the group that have the little devils and libre buggies. come over and say hi and have a go with some of my toys. How is it that you know Jock? Hope to hear from you soon Spike
  20. Nice to hear from you m8. Three months .! is that all it has been? oh dear...! Yes i have spent a bit but got all second hand and all in good nick. But still have speent about £1250 and it's all your fault. LOL..! The last thing i got was the v-max and oh my god what a difference, the pl was starting to really scare me and not in a good way so it's going to a good home. Hanworth is starting to get very popular now. i got my m8 into kiting and my brother so last sunday there were eight kites up over there, It was quite cool. I still cant use the board yet cos i'm haveing too much fun in the buggy to learn how. I need a change now though and quite fancy going to other places to buggy, hence the call for a club as they tend to sort out fly-ins. Any way hope you are well. Jay
  21. Are there any kite clubs in my area? I live in Ashford Middx. This is near Staines (no Ali G joke please). I fly at Hanworth air park Feltham, not far from heathrow. Some places have really great looking clubs and i cant help thinking that being part of a well organized club would only increase my enjoyment of this great sport. Cheers Spike
  22. Ah...! Good thinking bad dad I'll go for the bigfoot forks and spacers. Cheers spike
  23. Hi all again If i were to buy the ATV KNOBBLY TYRES (18/9.50-8) as sold at coastguard kites would i need the extra wide forks or the bigfoot forks??? Cheers Spike
  24. Humm...! i think i'm gonna wait, save up a bit and maybe get some bigfoot lights, a swan kneak and wide forks all togeather. But then again the kenda's are a lot cheaper. lol Spike
  25. Cool cheers m8. I dont suppose you have any or know where i can see some pics of them on a rim. Spike
