who was that aimed at, cant see that sorting out any graphics problem!!! On the graphiocs issue. have you tried finding a new driver fo it. it def looks wierd althoughnot i problem ive ever seen. the specs on the we website do say that it requires OpenGL accelerator. this will no doubt be the problemmas it has been coded using open gl plugins no doubt. have a look at the manufactures website for your graphics card or take a look on e-bay for one. you could pick one up quite cheaply no doubt, check this out http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2760201852&category=27387 Ebay is generally good for comp stuff as there is soo much of it around TIP dont bid on anything untill about 10 mins before the item ends otherwise your just pushing the price up against anyone tyhat your bidding against. simple but very effective!!! it would be a good idea to check manufactures websites to get complete specs to make sure it supports openGL. videos dont need that much rescources. Have you trtyed it on the lowest setting 640*480 at 16 bit and not full screen, it may help, Also try closing anything else you have running. also you can try downloading a new driver., if you find out who makes it and the model there may well be an updated driver on there website. I was out a couple of weeks ago and its definatley getting colder. The hands feel the worse. i think next time its glove season. It all depends on the wind direction too. is we get northelys then its gonna be even colder. I will cartry on going but it is a pain in the arse not being local to somewhere as you cant just go home jump in a shower and have mother/wife cook for you while you put your feet up. I was on the beach is what can only be described as near as dammit snowboaerd gear and i was thinknig urm if this picks up another 3/4 knots im gonna have to get naked and go in that water. I will do it but there will have to be money spent on B&B's i think which i dont like doing. I will continue to go and be hardcore as ive justr bought my 8m too for the gigh winds so teh babys gotta get some useage. count me in for winter. Going snowbaording janurary for a week so wont be able to then. although ill have just as much fun and ill be on the water everyday. gonna plan a trip to hurghada hopefully too so that will be another 2 weeks out the country!! that game is bloody fantastic, i rrun it on a atlon Xp 2000 and the graphics are brilliant., the kite control is so realistic. its a bit wierd with the mouse and may be a bit easier with keyboard but obvoiously not as fluid. I think this would actuilaly make a good teaching tool. Its all about training the brain to react. i an do it brilliantly, im gonna put a mate on it in low wind as obviously this is the safest option as you dont want him hurting himslef.. This is one incredible development Stu

everyone is going ot say have lessons, but obviuosly there is expense there. You say you can fly kites well. can you mountain board with a kite with control constant turning slowing down upwind etc. this will help a great deal. If you are going to buy a new kite then some places offewr free lessons with it.you probabaly only need a intro to the equipment you have and how to use it. then try to mountainboard with your kitesurf kite to get use to flying it from the waist. Make sure you have a lot of room and in minimal wind conditoions. Obviously there are no substitute for proper lessons but there are ways to go about it in a sfe manor. im planning a trip to tarifa or feurta and i cant decide between the two. the things ive heard about flag arnt good on here. im kind of stuck. here are my points i need to consider I wont be a ble to hire a car as less than 21 A couple of surfers might come with us so good surf beaches are good too I own an 11m 2000 freeair and my mate has a 13.5 ARX Both can get up and go, but no experts whats cost of food etc Taking all trhose things in to consideration which would suit me best. whats the best accomadation to go for considering these poiints(for people who have been to the places) All opinions are gratefully recieved as im stuck for ideas. Does anyone know if a car rental place in either place will rent to 20 year olds! Cheers Stu
