I recently bought a Radsail Pro3 3m from an EBayer in Germany. I don't know about returns but the price was great, the service was excellent and there's no bloody way I want to send the kite back. It's my first 'proper' fourliner and I'm not embarrassed to say it given me plenty of fun and a fair amount of fear when it gets gusty. My fourteen year old son and I get dragged around our local oval and come home happy and looking forward to the next flight. I've read plenty about how Radsails are budget kites and "good for beginners". Yes, it was cheap and yes I'm a beginner and yes, I'm addicted.
