  1. Have to agree full on there. It has realy good even pull and the wind window is wide, so not making it luff at the edges just when you want to turn with board. Had my Sam 6months now and love every min flying her. Have had some good air static flying ( just a little lighter than you Heffa!) and have just started getting off the ground with my board. Hopeing to add to my quiver with a 5m. Ozone make it good.

    Ozone Samurai 2m

I too enjoy the fact that you have to work these kites if the wind is not quite strong enough, though occasionaly with frustration. Have flown mine (3M) in a range of wind speeds 25+ and gusty conditions with and without harness and have had little to complain about. The Sam is an extreemly good all round kite. Would highly reccomend it to anyone

    Ozone Samurai 4M

Yep, Sami's ROCK. I have a 3m and love her to bits. Parents are put on this earth for that very reason, To Embarasse their offspring.

    Ozone Samurai 6M

had my sami for xmas. it's only half the size of wilcards but already i feel so much more confident on the board, it has a nice even pull right to the edge of window. As I don't use a harness (yet) it doesn't give me nasty suprises and handles gusts smoothly.

    racekites.com T-shirt

Yep got a T too. though mine has a nice big kiteboarder on the back. luckily I work in a warm environment so have shown it off with pride. Likewise I were my RK hoody whenever I fly. its a bit big but just as well as I can layer up in the cold weather.

    Article Women !!

actually Grazzer, Moribus rekoned it was a 'good read' Arch said -'whats the point' and I,d have to agree. Though strange forces to tend to drive one to the Dog s**t!

    Flexifoil Bullet 1.5M

I see now that big is not always the way to go. flying the other day with my 2.5 beamer trying to board and being ripped off in very gusty winds. A chap Buggying near by comes over and offers his 1.5( i think that was the size) Buster. Nippy little thing with enough pull for my light weight. Had lots of fun trying to board (new to this and rather bad at it I'm affraid). Still, have now decided that am going to downsize.
  8. Brilliant! So now I know where I was going wrong. Jerry's description of how to use and where to attach the killers has made things a lot clearer. Hopefully now I wont be re-launched or tangled up in the blessed things. Thanks muchly. The second attachment system does look to be the safest. I will try that on my next flight.

    HQ Beamer 2.5M

I will try to keep this brief, but I do tend to use 20 words where one would do. Started flying with my son about a year ago with two line HQ Symphonies. got the hang of that firly quickly. Borrowed a friends 3.5 Bullet. Yeh that was fun, but my arm sockets didn't think so. We then baught, secondhand 5m Flexifoil Viper. this was fine slow to turn in light winds but then we did find out that it was designed for traction. Again this was too strong for me in high winds, and we were fighting over turns at flying. So with a birthday cooming up I put my request in. Budget a bit tight, and though I would of liked a Bullet I settled for a 2.5 Beamer, after reading some reviews on site. So, this was the week. First flight was not up to much, only vrey light winds hardly getting of the ground, second day absolutly glorious day, NO Damn wind! Today however brilliant. I was up and flying in no time at all, and haveing a ball. the Beamer is good to handle and very responsive. A little bit of trimming and I was getting some Air. not very high, but then I have not been flying with four lines that long. The quality seems OK, and the BIG Zipper bag is fine, only time will tell how much abuse it will take. Handles are ok but not quite as comfy as flexifoil, no padding around the lines. For a first foil and if you have a low budget then this is ideal. I know I will have hours of fun and if my son is lucky he will get a go too! By : suec

    HQ Beamer 5M

Sounds great. About to invest in my first new kite, and now persuaded towards a Beamer.Though I'll start with a 2.5 as I am only a light weight. I have lifted with a 3.5 Bullet, that was a bit scary as wind was high and it ended inthe trees lukily without damage to the kiteor me! So beamer here I come. Though what is the apparant problem with the handles? are they the same as the ones supplied with Bullets? The new Beamer I thought had an updated bag. Was yours the lattest model?
