I'd just like to share an experience that i have had over the last few days with a low end kite company. I made a newby mistake the other week and undone the bridle knots on both sides. And not knowing much about how to reattach the bridle i sent off an enquiry to chris at windspeed kites for some info on the bridle setup.
At this point i wasn't really expecting much in return considering it's just a cheap beginners kite. And Chris got back to me with info that i needed which included photos and info on knots, the measurements of where the factory set up is and also his phone number if i needed more help.
Being new to kites i'm very very happy with the level of support from this company, especially taking in the fact the price point of the kites. I know people talk bad about the low end of the market but i realise you get what you pay for and usually goes with the customer service but in this case the kites ok for me and the customer service is awesome.

Now that xmas is aound the corner it is time to do some research on the step up to a more capable kite.
