  1. Thanks for the entertaining replies. Almost too much choice. By cheap, I was thinking more of the bargain break all inclusive sub-£500 sort of thing. Probably wishful thinking. I'm hoping to consolidate my first years kiting in some reliable conditions as progress in the UK has been rather slow with the limited amount of time I can get onto the water. Any particular areas renowned for decent instruction or is it best to just hook up with a bunch of other kiters with more experience? Maybe taking pot luck in the UK will be a whole lot cheaper and just as productive if there's wind
  2. Calshot Beach. Contact 24/7 boardsports for all the gen..
  3. Cheers for the replies so far. Hmm Hunstanton could fit the bill as far as budget concerns, but can you magic in some sun & palm trees too? Guess the Canary Isles dont have reliable enough wind to book a holiday solely devoted to kite surfing in October..unless someone can comment otherwise. I was out in Tenerife last Christmas, (mostly climbing) but very obviously it was not the season for kiting.. Guessing the exotic loations like Brazil or Maui will be a bit out of my price bracket. Hi Dan, Could well be interested in El Medano, Sue
  4. I have some time at the end of October to take off work. The idea of going somewhere warm appeals for a real holiday vibe. If its a rock climbing destination too, even better. It would be convenient to combine the two sports, although taking both sets of kit through the airport is a bit of a pain, unless it's possible to hire kites. Apologies if this subject has been done to death, I'm new here..
