@plummet Thanks, I weigh 73kgs, kited for 2 seasons a bit and got the hang of things but no real jumping or tricks as yet. I have skipped the last 2 seasons. The mate I used to kite with a lot broke his leg in Austria skiing last year :-(
I have a Cabrinha Crossbow 7m and 10.5m 2008 models. Have really battled with these and have found myself doing a lot better on my friends kites, Ozone Instinct. I kite in Cape Town, South Africa.
I would like a kite that responds quickly, is stable in the wind, even when a little gusty and that I can grow with now that I have more time to kite.
@ Dan, Thank you for the input. I can actually get the bandit for about $170 USD less than the Ozone. I was sold on the bandit 5 and then read the reviews in the January edition of the Kiteboarding Magazine. They rated a few higher than the Bandit but the only other one that is available here in Cape Town is the Ozone, so I started looking at that.
