Thank you all! I have taken on board everything you said. Just as a point of interest 3 of the people I saw actually had the same kite as I did.... But yeah I think I will hold off on the bar for now, not like they are cheap anyhow!

OK so I have been getting the hang of my kite and want to give boarding a go. I have decided on a Scrub GLD board (unless someone suggest something better). But my question is should I also get Control Bars? When at the park today I saw a few people on boards and they all (but one) used bars. Now I assume the answer to this question will be yes I should. but then this will lead me to the following questions: - how do I use it? - Will it be simple to get to grips with? - Do I have to get a Bar to match my kite or will any old bar be as good as another? I am currently using a Ozone Flow 3m, I will upgrade once I have the hang of it all. THANK YOU!
