Hi all, I am new here. I bought a kit with a Cirrus 3m Power Traction Kite & Scrub Akashi Mountainboard end of last year and I am just about getting the grips of riding the board with a kite. I snowboard over 6 years and to get over the hump during summer thought kiteboarding was a good idea, considering I live on the flattest bit of the country! I am normally out in the weekends by the river near Fen Ditton which is close to home or in Coldham's Common. I met Terywall today who indicated this site Planning to get a 5m kite now cause the 3m is a bit small for Cambridge as its minimum wind speed is 8Mph. My aim is to get into Kite Snowboarding (last winter would have been great here :-) ).
