Hmm. Thanks for your answers so far. I also thought on kind of special riser pads as I simply need to get the missing 20° from anywhere. But will the whole construction be stable and rideable then? I'm not that heavy. So too much weight in a wrong angel wouldn't be problem for my 13ply deck and the Vertigos, I guess.

Would need a little help today Has someone of you tried to mount other than Skate Style Trucks on a 15° Short Trampa Deck? If yes, is the board still responding well in turns? Or is it an absolute no-go? I know that channel trucks normally require 35° degree decks, but I could get my hands on a cheap used pair of vertigos and that's why I'm asking. Same here. Using the Ozone XC Harness with Spreader Bar and Hook and I'm more than happy with it. Doesn't slip all the way up and fits just great.

Just add them when you think it's still to stiff for you. Once you've used the saw, it's hard to undo it Consider your final shape good and try to get a little help from people in your area who have already shaped a deck I'm sure there are some around... A short trampa kite deck would be lighter and better to handle when you use it for freestyle jumps. 15°s decks fit for skate trucks, 35°s decks for channel trucks & Co. 15 ply are very stiff, even for your weight I guess. The 14 ply deck with your weight will be kind of firm to flexi... depends on what you prefer.
