  1. Kite is RTF, with Ozone 20 Metre lines and Handles. Set up, but never used
  2. Bump! Im throwing in The official Fatsands Kite Landboarding for beginners DVD, with this. I bought a load of gear brand new a month ago, all unused, as you can see from the condition of the items, of my other for sale posts, which include a harness (Now Sold), Ozone Turbo Bar(Now Sold) and this DVD, which im happy to throw in with this Kite as a bonus for the lucky buyer. I bought all of the gear at the same time, thinking that i was getting myself into a new sport, but have not had a chance to use any of it due to being hit by an increased workload, and not having much free time anymore, hence the sale. It's a shame but it's got to go.
  3. Skywatch Xplorer 1. Excellent condition. £20 via Paypal preffered, which includes cost of postage & packaging or collection from Sutton, South London, Cheers, Mat
  4. Maui Mystic Warrior 2 harness in Small, brand spanking new and never been used, £80, which includes recorded postage and packaging or collection from Sutton, South London is possible. See pictures!! Cheers, Mat
  5. This is a Brand new Ozone Turbo Bar, which i bought a few months ago, but due to lack of wind and work commitments, i have never had the chance to use, so it is still in it's packaging and brand spanking new. Im looking for £80, which includes the costs of recorded postage and packaging) Payment via Paypal preffered or you can collect from Sutton, South London) Check out my other new & unused gear (Ozone Flow 5 Metre, Maui Mystic Warrior 2, in small, and Windwatch Xplorer 1) Cheers, Mat
  6. So, up for sale is my Ozone Flow 5 Metre kite, which i got a few months ago, but have never had the chance to fly. I have set it up over at my local field, in preperation for it's maiden voyage, but due to no wind & lack of spare time since purchase, it has yet to be flown and i have decided to sell it, as is, in brand new condition. This really has never been flown, and the pictures prove so. It comes with Ozone Handles and 20 Metre lines (Free Ground stakes included). Im looking for £150 which includes recoded postage & packaging costs (to U.K addresses). This is an absolute steal for a brand new Flow 5. Payment by Paypal preffered, but collection is also possible from Sutton, South London. Check out my other, brand new and unused gear at bargain prices too. (New & Unused Ozone Turbo Bar, New & Unused Maui Mystic Warrior 2 Harness, in Small, Skywatch Xplorer 1) Cheers, Mat
  7. Mick - Thanks for the info and sharing your experiences & knowledge with me. Sounds like buggying is just as dangerous as the other Kite based sports! I guess nothing involving a kite is risk free. So, you used to be a Pro guitarist - nice one! We're looking to go Pro this year so i really cant risk getting an injury that holds us back. I'll be fucking up other peoples lives & plans too, having put so much time into our music already. There's all the time in the world to kite, whereas time is ticking for us in some ways. Then again, i broke my finger a few weeks ago when i slipped over whilst walking on a wet floor - not the most risky of activities, granted. How pathetic indeed! So who knows really. Steve - Thanks for the generous offer mate. I will get my ass over to Richomend Park A.S.A.P
  8. Yes Mick, These are the exact same types of injuries that im looking to avoid at all costs. Hence why I was advised to go for the Ozone Flow. I want to take it easy, and cruise around a bit, but nothing much more at this moment in time. I have had a really, really bad experience when i first used depowerables. They were LEI's, and it was on my Kitesurfing IKO 3rd day - My first taste of a new type of kite, and a sport that i had been eagerly waiting to try my hand at for some time. Well, i witnessed another beginner die tragically. God bless and rest his soul, poor fella. It really made me lose my nerve. I thought i was fearless until that happened. Ever since, i have had flashbacks and Nightmares that put me underneath that poor guys kite instead of him. I have been used to fixed bridles since i first started toying around with kiting years ago, when i bought my first kite - A Flexi Rage 4.7. I sold it to fund a venture into a kiting world that has since made me lose my nerve slightly. So, im back were i started a few years ago, with my Flow 5 being a very similar kite to my old Rage. I guess i can trust what i know, and what i've been comfortable using, and what i havn't had any terrible experiences on. I mean, as i said, on reflection of my motives to get into this sport, I only really waht to be cruising around on my board, zipping up and down and picking up a bit of speed here and there. Im very busy with work and i rehearse with my band all weekend, and only get sundays off, so im not going to be getting out anywhere near as much as most kiters would like to, so i dont want to spend a packet on something that i might only use 1 or 2 times a month - depending on winds However, If i could get into anything at the moment, it would be buggying really. It looks like so much fun!! Less chance of breaking leg, arms etc by the looks of it, but i dont have the room to store a buggy in my flat!! Im hoping to move soon, so i should have the room i need then, and i can make the investment. From what i've read on other threads, a quiver of fixed bridles should be good for buggying. I also have an Ozone Turbo bar on the way, which i know other buggiers are using. I could surely just add another 1 or 2 Flows or other FB's to my collection to cover a buggy quiver?. What's buggying like? It really does look the nuts!
  9. Ok. What would you step up to next if you were me? It wont be for a while yet, but i want to get an idea of what model & size im looking at for a one kite depower quiver, that will cover me in most inland wind ranges & what kind of costs im looking at too. 2nd hand would be prefered, but only a year or 2 old. Oh, and it's got to be Ozone all the way. Although Flysurfer would be great too, but no chance!!! Im envious of all you Snowkiters! That looks like the best form of Kite based board sports to me. Just out of interest, How does it compare to the other Kiteboard sports? Cheers, Mat
  10. Really!!!!???? Im not looking to get hardcore with it. Just cruising around and picking up some decent speed carving, and the odd little jump from time to time. I've just sold a quiver of Instinct light Depowerables. Mainly for financial reasons though
  11. Sorry for hogging the forum with questions at the moment, but i guess if there's a place to ask questions about kites, then it's here. Ant one that's helped me already - Thanks alot So, i have recently purchased an Ozone Flow 5 Metre & i would like your opinion on which would be the best size to opt for next, and what would best compliment my 5. I kite inland, in often gusty conditions, in winds of usually around 8-25mph. I got the 5 as i thought it would cover the majority of winds that im faced with, and i'll probably get a Blade V 6.5 at some point in the future for the really low winds. (Would this be a good choice also?) Im also 11 stone. I will be getting into landboarding with these kites. So, my main question is what other size of Flow should i get, a 2 or a 3? A 4 would probably be too close to my 5 really, but as im only getting one other size of Flow, what size would be best so that the both of them cover me across the widest useable wind range. Im kinda thinking that that a 2 might be too small for the conditions i kite in? If i lived by the coast with cleaner stronger winds, then im sure that it would be great. So, a 2 or a 3? Im edging towards a 3, but would i get much use out of it? Thanks for reading another one of my newbie threads. Cheers, Mat
  12. Woah! 3 Turbo's!!! You must love them. Cheers Matt. Very helpful information indeed. All the best Mat
