  1. Thanks Apprentice, Chris
  2. So does the Flexifoil Sting do this? On the website it says "Both options are backed up by the Flexifoil safety system, meaning that if you need to, you can simply let go (of the handles or bar) and the kite safely depowers and falls to the ground." Is this what you guys mean when you talk about depowering? My Son can already fly Stackers better than most others we meet at the beach; he can launch, loop and scud around a bit, and he has enogh control to be able to use the window of wind available without loosing power. Is a bar better if he is going to learn to board? Chris
  3. Loadsa great stuff guys, thanks. **** Jack: thanks for the link, am having a chat with the wife... Chris
  4. Brilliant stuff so far guys, thanks very much. Chris
  5. Nice one Gregga, what about a harness, necessary or not? Chris
  6. Hi all, My son has been playing around with or stackers and is now keen to start to fly!!! He is also a skiier, and has done some mountain boarding, and is very keen to combine the mountain board and the kite. I was thinking of getting a Sting 2.4 with a bar control, and we already have an old Exit mountain board with bindings, but other than that what else do we need? Obviously a helmet is in order, but what about a kids size harness and an other kit we may need? All advice is greatly appreciated... Chris
