Go and buy any harness that you feel you can fly and ride comfortably with, the Mystic harness range are pretty damn good but come at a price. The most reputable are probably Dakine harnesses and have something to suit everyone, or for extra comfort, move-ability etc... then I'd go for the Ozone Access harness with Spreader bar at £78 if your on a budget

As for having a control bar, you don't have to have one, you can just fit a strop to the handles of your kite, and then that hooks into the spreader bar.
Otherwise for control bars really depends on your budget, just get one suited to four line fixed bridle kites, control bar prices range from £50+....
