Hey i'm gonna be down there around the 5th to the 10th and i'd love to meet up and kite and have a drink or two. I'll be with my brother and were gonna be driving from barcelona stopping at a few spots in between. any advice on which spots to hit? We'll be riding 2006 north vegas and liquid force Hi-Fis. dont know about easy jet, but i was just there this past weekend and the wind is kinda light...definitely 15m to 18m weather...sometimes maybe more. Theres a bunch of people on the beach and i think you can only launch from one spot and it's kind of in the center of the bay (on the beach of course). Get ready for lots of german guys

Hey guuys, my bro is meeting me out hereon the 27th of june in barcelona and were going from barcelona to leucate/la franqui and then driving back down to tarifa and possibly south portugal. We have two weeks to do it and we were just wondering if anyone wants to meet up with us for a drink or a sick meditarranean session in the wave or flats...were just gonna be on a brothers kiting adventure and would love to have someone show us the areas...I'm getting pretty proficient with spanish but not perfect...either way were a couple of pretty laid back guys that love to kite

SO im here studying for a month from the states and I haven't been able to find a spot to ride...granted i don't have a car but i've talked with the local kiteshop and he's tellilng me that i have to drive an hour and a half to ride because there is a summer beach ban on all the crowded beaches..i've had friends tell me that they've at least seen windsurfers around the crowded beaches but there has to be a beach nearby that allows kitesurfers...if not barcelona needs to get their sh*t together! thanks guys...but i went to the shop and well..granted my spanish is not great but i consider myself a decent spanish speaker and he was not thrilled with kiting in barcelona...malgrat...now was this on your way from france...madrid or south of bcn...thank you for your time...

Hey everybody, im a noob to the site and i'd love some advice. I teach kiting in south carolina for Air Company so be sure to say hello next time you stop by charleston and i can show you the ropes for the area. RIght now I'm in barcelona for a month studying and i brought my kite gear...big mistake? If anyone can help me out with advice on where to go and what websites are best for wind forecasts, also if you know the rules for the beaches in the summer that would be great...also, my brother will be meeting me out here at the end of june for a trip down the coast headed towards tarifa...Where are the best spots to stop on the way and what is the best way to travel...train, car, etc. Anybody know anything about south portugal or maybe ibiza/mallorca?
