OK. Ive been pulling jumps for a while. Started doing grabs and trying rotations. but I dont feel like my jumping technique is right. I always come down real hard. What i am not sure about is when to release the bar. at the mo I pull the bar in hard at 12 o clock. then when i start to decend I pull the kite back again. At this point I always seem to releace the bar and then pull in again just before i hit the sea. Should I have the bar pulled fully in all the time whilst i am in the air?
