  1. Ive had a simalar experience. I was flying the kite at the "good" end of a field. Suddenly a huge gust picks me up but not high more lateral. I then crash to the ground and continue to get dragged. The reason the other side of the field is bad is because it has a swamp, cows(which means cow poo) and nettles. I got dragged throgh the swamp nettles and poo. I saw the funny side of it but my friends found quite a bit funnier. To tell the truth though- It was kind of fun
  2. Try flying the kite by the bridles with your hands if you know what I mean. Check your line lengths and then try flying it with just the power lines. If this works loosen your brake lines fully. Then start to tune the position of your lines on the bridle.
  3. Blade III 4.9 by the way
  4. When Im flying my kite a lot of the time it gets into a spin which I cant get it out of. Its really hard to control lately. Ive checked the brake lines and they are all on the same knot. Also, sometimes when im trying to do a swing jump and im running back with the kite at a 90 degree angle the kite suddenly depowers and I fall flat on my arse which is quite sore. Any help would be appreciated Thanks
  5. How much does water reduce the effectiveness of lines. You know when you attaching your lines onto the lines coming off the handles. Which knots do you tie the lines to
  6. Its a blade III 4.9. Would 440lbs main line and 220lbs brake line be enough
  7. Q.1 Are 220lbs lines enough for a person of 12 stone? Q.2 What is sleeving?
