  1. Anyone doing it. I've recently started it as a no wind activity that is also a good workout and you don't even realise it because your having such fun.

I am making my own paddle at the moment, and testing some different T handles and end-stick ends... the old grandpa walking rubber ends don't last and break apart quickly, depending on how aggressive you paddle, so I am experimenting with a mix of rubber and silicone ends. But here is a great video that shows you the technique I am learning, and yeah it's a upper chest work out. I think it's a great all-body exercise.
