Ok i wanto go online put my name in went to chang my pic change it click back and it it tock me back to the first bit to put my name in so i put my name in and now it says the name is taken what should i do ?

Why not just put a couple of numbers after your name an start again

try earlier in the morning x box have been having problems with there server.

or u may be able to do it all throug hthe micrsoft x box website
