haydenz Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 Hi I need replacement handles for my buster II. I was wondering if anyone would sell me any for reasonable cheap? Also I broke my lines at the ends is it worth getting them resheathed or should I buy new ones? If I resheathed them they would still be about 20m which would be fine. Thanks Hayden Quote
nevyn Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 Definitly re-sheath them.. lines are too expensive to just replace.. there's a thread somewhere on the impact of tieing knots in lines. the short version is.. don't. always use sheathing Quote

Peter Posted November 15, 2007 Report Posted November 15, 2007 handles and a harness, very easy mate. you have a strop, that is attached to both handles, like an extension of the power lines, they pass through a pulley and the pulley has a quick release clip that attaches to the harness. my choice is a seat harness, or a good quality climbing harness like a Black Diamond. this is joel with a harness on and the pulley and strop attached, the handles would then attach to the ends that joel is holding on too. the handles you are getting from me have a built in strop, that can be used with any spreader bar that comes with most harnesses. when you want to use the pulley set up, you cut the strop and tie knots close to the handles and attach another strop to these knots, just as you would attach the flying lines to the handles. Clear as mud? Quote
