Miniac Posted May 25, 2004 Report Posted May 25, 2004 Just got my Highflyers Dimension, it's heruuuuuge! Never seen an 11 foot delta before. Any kite that has "Do not fly in wind speeds over 15mph" printed on the sail has to be alright by me. Does it count as a sport kite, or is it a power kite? Can't wait to get up on the common and try it! Quote
cj-bungatrot Posted May 25, 2004 Report Posted May 25, 2004 How much did that set you back, if you don't mind me asking? Those big delta look interesting and I really want to fly one. Go on BigDavey, you know you want to get one... Quote
BigDavey Posted May 25, 2004 Report Posted May 25, 2004 Heh CJ - I'm going the other direction: less wind is more... Gemini UL will be on the way shortly. As for the huge kite - Call it a trick kite if it axels - Any duvet can drag you around a field Sittingduck 1 Quote

This one cost me £75 off ebay, actually I missed one due to ebay playing up so when I saw another one come up I made the guy an offer he couldn't refuse and he closed early. They list at £140 new, but I think I saw them on sale at £99 somewhere on the web. Quote
