I am looking to break into buggying and need a couple of bits of advice.

I have been flying my B2 4.9 for about 18 months and have bought a firebee 3 about 8 months ago.

I gather these 2 will stand me well, the main question i have is that i am 6ft 4 and around 16 stone, will i fit into a buggy without too much trouble and i will be mainly flying/riding on a hard sand beach is there anything extra i need eg wider axle or bigger wheels. Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated. Cheers:) .

Something like a Chameleon, a Libre, or an Elliot Virus, should do you, I have several friends over 6ft who buggy ok. If worst comes to worst Winddragon buggy's can be made to fit your own spec I believe.

well the PL comp standard is to short for you i tnk i found it a bit short and im only 5,5, libre special is ok for me and on full length on the down tube i cant do full lock stearing so it might be just right for you. other than that the flexi you might find a bit umcomfertabel not sure, libre v-maxx would deffinatly be ok and very comfy it is to! you can get longer downtubes for the PL comp but the seat isnt that great on it. no need for a cameleon!! bit expensive if you find out you dont like it or sumin.

if u r on a budget then its got to be the libra special which has a long downtube that will easily accommodate ppl well over 6ft

the pl comp will definately be too small & the flexi a bit cramped

dont bother with the wider axle just yet
