sjswatford Posted July 3, 2003 Report Posted July 3, 2003 4.9 Blade for sale £160 kite only Huntingdon, Cambs Perfect condition...only flown a few times Orange / gold colour Lines 500 lb front 150 lb back. and handles....£40 either post or pm me Thanks Quote
Adrena1in Posted July 3, 2003 Report Posted July 3, 2003 If you don't get much response on here (I'd be surprised), then try eBay, as they still often go for more than £200 on there. I'm tempted myself as the 4.9 is a cracking kite, but I've got a 6.4 and when I put that on shorter lines it's very similar to a 4.9. Could do with a 4.9 on short lines for when it's really windy though. Hmmmmm... EDIT: Ah yeah, put this in the For Sale/Wanted forum and you'll get more interest! Quote
HiAsAKite Posted July 3, 2003 Report Posted July 3, 2003 Can I just add, 4.9 is a cracking kite, and that is a very competitive price you are offering it at... Come on everyone... this is one of the best kites around at a bargain.. Quote
Adrena1in Posted July 3, 2003 Report Posted July 3, 2003 When'd you get the Firebee Alex? What do you think? Great high-winders. I got a 3.0 LD to fly next to my mate's 3.0 Bee, but we've not done that yet. He reckons the LD is quicker, but I would have said it was the other way round. Blade 4.9 for sale?! Someone buy it before I do. Quote
fehners Posted July 3, 2003 Report Posted July 3, 2003 out of interest how long are the lines? Alex Quote

Bladez1599968597 Posted July 7, 2003 Report Posted July 7, 2003 Is it just me or do you get nervous seeing such a cheap kite on offer from someone with just 2 posts and seeing it advertised in the wrong forum thread? Mr paranoid. Quote

Mr paranoid. It doesn't make me nervous at all. And £160 isn't cheap, considering it has no lines or handles. It's a good price...about right I would say. Quote
