the 5 MILE DASH RESULTS

hey guys I did it i took 5mile and blew it out with a breze and then when another mile down hte beach

 

ok my time isent somthing to look at but

I was using a 3m firebee and dident have steady wind 8-12 adn was constantly working the sail of the kite well if you put that into prespective then my time isent that bad and I took a couple ob breaks along the way

 

ok I went 5 miles in 50 min it not a desireble time but its a low point and all i can do is get better and faster

 

Im think of getting a 4.5 razor to take me and that will GREATLY inprove my time I think

not to sore and my arms arent too bad beacuse I was using my harness

 

and I am redy for a bigger kite , to do it agen at a faster rate lol

my pb was 26.20 running 5 miles - and thats respectable sub 33 10 k pace i hasten to bragg

i find your time for scudding unlikely at moving half the pace i use to run at

have you measured the distance correctly

HEY IS WAS USING A 3M fire bee (a prity small kite) IN UNEVEN WIND GOING FROM ABOUT 8-12 miles an hour playing in the edge of the window so its was like

 

pull ,slowdown, pull, turn kite, pull, slowdown ,pull ,turn kite ,pull

 

NOT, PULL, PULL, PULL, constant flow of power

 

and I also took a couple of breaks enjoying it just trying to go 5 miles by kite not trying to set a reccord when I get a bigger one and the wind is right you will have you reccord

 

have you ever gone FIVE MILES BY KITE POWER ONLY WITH OUT A BUGGY???? ask you self that ...

if u want high speed skudding without being able to sto pthen use a skytiger hi80 on 40m lines! i used to have one- great fun!!
