I'm quite new to Kiteing (about a Month) and need a little advise from you experienced guys please.

I've got three Pro Team 8s which I want to stack but only one stacking kit.

Can I make my own, using lengths of 200lb line sleeved at each end. Or will that not be strong enough?

I wouldn't recommend making your own out of flying lines as all the stacking lines I have seem a lot thicker/stronger than normal flying lines. You can pick up stacking lines for about £3 a pair and you should get a pair whenever you purchase a Stacker 6/ ProTeam 8 or Super 10 anyway.

Alo mate,

You can get the stacking lines for about £3 a set, best place to get them is from http://www.thepowerkiteshop.com

They will advise you on how to link it up etc, dont ring up flexifoil for advice (i rang up ages ago and a the person on the other side didnt have a clue on what she was talking about, proabably a trainee or something!!)

I wouldnt reccommend using anything else, just in case they snap or something and crash land on a dog and poke its eyes out...dont risk it!!!

I learned the hard way! 3 stacker 6 on 150# line. Snapped multiple times. Go for the best!
