blade Posted February 7, 2003 Report Posted February 7, 2003 i was wondering if anyone new how much lift the bullet would give compared to the blade II?? I was thinking of swaping my 4m Blade for a 3.5m or 4.5m bullet, good idea or not?? Blade Quote
Andy S Posted February 7, 2003 Report Posted February 7, 2003 Don't think it has much lift - the 2.5 I flew didn't seem to... Andy Quote
boode Posted February 8, 2003 Report Posted February 8, 2003 Why have flexifoil developed the bullet range as most boarders on this forum dont think they are any good ? Quote
photek1000 Posted February 8, 2003 Report Posted February 8, 2003 I think you'll find that even though you can use a Bullet for Boarding it's primary aim is to be a Buggy Kite with a lot of power and minimal lift, so sort of a Low Lift Blade. But like most having not flown one, we'll have to wait and see. Quote
goshen1599968577 Posted February 8, 2003 Report Posted February 8, 2003 It's meant to be a fair bit cheaper right? Easier for beginners to fly? This will help people to get into the sport cheaper, and still have loads of fun. I won't say any more until we actually get some... Goshen Quote
stevelives123 Posted February 9, 2003 Report Posted February 9, 2003 It sounds like it's gonna have less "grunt" than the blade and generally a nicer/softer kite to fly. I suppose we wil have to wait and c. Steve Quote
adrenmike Posted February 14, 2003 Report Posted February 14, 2003 flew a 3.5 at the weekend there was lift which was noticiable but not catapulting like the blade can be,i found it very stable and control was fairly easy, would be demanding for a beginner but fast and grunty for the more experience, power came in nice and smooth andu could really wind it up, it was alot more power than me 3mtr devil with similar control but more lift Quote
Guest Spiky_Dave Posted February 15, 2003 Report Posted February 15, 2003 From what i have heard the bullet is supposed to be a general purpose power kite to replace the sky tiger, viper and 2.0m blade that are all disappearing next year. As for lift, try one and see what its like for you. Quote
adrenmike Posted February 15, 2003 Report Posted February 15, 2003 theres abit there got my spikes up:confused: Quote
