RiSKOSD Posted May 8, 2013 Report Posted May 8, 2013 I'm not looking to start a discussion as such as I'm sure I was just very unlucky but I used ParcelToGo as it was linked in this forum and it has let me down twice in a row. Simply put they failed to collect my parcel for the following 2 days and when trying to track with the courier directly its not possible as ParcelToGo use their own tracking method and so the company does not even know where their drivers are or if and when the collection will take place. Now this was with Yodel so maybe others are different through their service but I certainly wont be taking the chance and will always now go direct. Just thought I'd share this as it's been a complete pain in the rear and now waiting on a refund from them for a totally failed service. Quote
