lei: 2008 Ocean Rodeo Rise 12m LEI Red/Black (Damaged) Kite only with bag

For sale my much loved 2008 Ocean Rodeo Rise 12m LEI Red & Black Kite

 

Unfortunately I dropped the kite on some rocks the other day after 4 years of taking good care of it

 

As a result of this momentary lapse of concentration the main canopy ended up with 2 massive tears either side of the centre strut plus a couple of other small tears. I have been quoted between £50 & £75 to have the kite fixed but have just bought a new kite so have decided to sell this as a repair project for someone who is looking for a cheap beginners kite.

 

The kite is used but apart from the recent damage is in reasonable condition.

 

All the bladders and leading edge were undamaged in the incident so once it is repaired it should have plenty of flying left in it. It can be used with any LEI bar, its a great kite perfect for freestyle floaty jumps and even with a directional. The kite also features the Ocean Rodeo Venturi system.
