D3. Posted July 23, 2011 Report Posted July 23, 2011 Llangenth is the place mate, about 15/20 mins from 3 Cliffs. Seriously nice solid, long beach. Access is through Hill End Campsite (£3 parking but you can use your ticket against anything you buy from the cafe - best for breakfasts). lots of kiting of all descriptions, stay north of the small river (not a river as you'd imagine but you will see what i mean - look right once on the beach) Have fun D3. Beancapooer Posted July 23, 2011 Report Posted July 23, 2011 Hi lynas. We do occasionally buggy and people do landboard on oxwich. Although it is a very wet beach. As said llangenith is a good option although we all usually gather on aberavon which will take you half hour from oxwich in a west to south west or swansea bay on a south. Aberavon is good compact and solid with a large stretch from sandfields west to the estery. Swansea bay can be quite busy with public but you can normally ride a good stretch from the observatory but do need a good three hrs from high tide for it to firm up for the board. Where ever you go have a good un. If at aber come on over we re all slightly mad but a good crack is normally had by all Quote
