Techie Help - Changing a .IFO and .BUP files to a DVD .iso or .avi/.mpeg4

Anyone know how to do it? got a load of .VOB, .IFO and .BUP files that i need to change into an ISO or a .mpeg4 format.

 

Does anyone know how i can do it? they're all from the same DVD.

I can convert individual vob files - they're different chapters of the dvd. but i'm struggling to convert ALL of these files into a single coherent video or iso.

convert them all into the same type of file and edit them together then!!!

What OS are you using?

I use xilisoft for most of my dvd file stuff.. this may help

 

Are these files all from an 'original' disc ? (you dont always need them all )

by the sound of it you've just ripped the files straight from a dvd. ifo and bup are are mostly just info and layout to make the disk run as intended you can play the video with out them there's just nothing to say it will all be together as one or even in the right order, vob files contain all of the actual media. only problem i can think of is if the css encryption hasn't been removed from the disk as it was ripped (assuming it was there in the first place)
