To all the guys that helped when I got spanked at New Brighton on Sunday, thanks a lot. I really appreciate it! Especially to the two fellas who threw all my kite gear into the car and to the lad who helped me off the beach and into the car park.

 

Finally, to Justin who took me in his "ambulance" down to A&E at Arrowe Park. Top work fella. The siren was a nice touch!

 

When it goes pear shaped, it's nice that there's people looking out for you. Luckily it's just a sprained hamstring and I shall be back to sprain it all over again very soon!
