It had been working fine, and whenever I connected it to my computer it did exactly what it was supposed to do. Now when I connect it, the ipod turns on, and it charges, but thats all it does. Its not reading it. I tried it on two other computers and it does the same thing, so i know its not my computer. What do I dO? Edited November 8, 2009 by etchy6 Quote

kiter_ryan Posted November 8, 2009 Report Posted November 8, 2009 Take it back to shop... 1 month in and your still in warranty, assuming you didn't buy it second hand. Plus have you tried restoring to factory settings? And resetting the actual machine using the buttons? Quote
