ClexAook Posted October 13, 2009 Report Posted October 13, 2009 Bit old school, bought it a little while ago on impulse but have never used it. Buggy guys will know all about these. Comes RTF with Handles, Killers and Bag. All in very good condition. Offers? Quote
sgillow Posted October 13, 2009 Report Posted October 13, 2009 Is in mk1, mk2 or mk3? If you are unsure can you post a pic and I can work out from the shape which it is. Cheers, Simon Quote
CeeJay Posted October 13, 2009 Report Posted October 13, 2009 hell fire, I bet thats got some power! I've flown a 5.something metre Pred and that was a beast in virtually no wind. Someone will need hooj ballz to fly this one one of the best propper oldskool kites, still a lot of fun. Quote
ClexAook Posted October 13, 2009 Author Report Posted October 13, 2009 I believe it is mk.1 The canopy is basically a rectangle. Will get a pic up shortly. Quote

ClexAook Posted October 18, 2009 Author Report Posted October 18, 2009 Great for light wind, flies before you can even feel a breeze on your face. Quote
thorondor Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 What was it about these - I think I saw someone with one the other day, really going some - looked stable and fast and quite a few people seem to swear by them. Are they made out of something super special (I mean light I guess) - or is it just that the guys that fly them are bloody good cos they have been flying them for so long! Guess thats a free bump then.... Quote
heres jonny Posted October 19, 2009 Report Posted October 19, 2009 guy flying these has one the last 2 SEKA buggy race meets, on a tiny little buggy, with these ancient kites, but good god hes so much faster than anyone else, even in horrendous gusty winds he came first by miles clearly the kites cant be that bad think it might be a bit big for me Quote
ClexAook Posted October 19, 2009 Author Report Posted October 19, 2009 Nah not too big. For sure a powerhouse though. Pretty sure it could get a buggy going in sooo little wind. Flies in virtually no wind, and already some pull in the handles as soon as it's moving, must be so efficient. Quote
MusicManuk Posted October 19, 2009 Report Posted October 19, 2009 Hi there, how much are you after? cheers Jon Quote
