Naked Blade Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 (edited) Libre Bora 8.5m in Yellow/Green/Black trim. Complete with handles, ~30m quad lines & original Libre black stuff sack. Sail & bridles are in very good condition apart from some faint sand marks on the black wing tip and one well-hidden, but well repaired pin-hole (all from previous owners). [Edit - seems this is just a Libre patch, not a repair. This is standard on Libre and other kites] Will post pics as soon as the gale force winds die down in the West of Scotland. Bought end-Jun for £175 from a fellow forum member who paid £200 just prior to that. I have flown it once briefly on grass to set it up but have not used it since due to good local winds and the fact that I've been flying mainly depower recently. Stable, but very grunty race kite for 7-12mph range. Not recommended for beginners! Sensible offers please. Edited October 5, 2009 by Naked Blade Quote
Naked Blade Posted October 4, 2009 Author Report Posted October 4, 2009 Pics added on Flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/43173612@N05/sets/ As you can see from the photos, it's in very good condition Kite originally bought on this forum .... http://forum.kitecrowd.com/showthread.php?t=166095&highlight=bora Quote
Naked Blade Posted October 4, 2009 Author Report Posted October 4, 2009 2 PMs received. Thanks. First in queue gets first refusal Quote
Naked Blade Posted October 5, 2009 Author Report Posted October 5, 2009 Offer received for £150 + P&P (via PM). £160 + P&P will secure This is the lowest I'm prepared to let this beauty go for. BTW - the patch on the sail is apparently standard for Libre Bora/Vampir kites (not a pin-hole repair) Quote
Naked Blade Posted May 24, 2010 Author Report Posted May 24, 2010 Summer's arrived in so anyone after a grunty low wind kite? Been flying my de-powers or small fixed bridles most of the time so need to thin out the quiver. Only flow twice since I bought it last year in dry conditions on grass, so it's in the same condition as purchased. £150 ONO + P&P Photos still on flickr link in this thread. Cheers Steve Quote
