MADB Posted September 13, 2009 Report Posted September 13, 2009 So I have just replaced the rubber washers and pivot caps on the my scrub skate trucks. Got a set of yellow Doh Dohs, but how tight can I screw them down? Just checking how to put them on the board. From the base plate large metal washer, the larger bush then axel smaller bush, smaller washer then the fixing nut. Bit dumb I know but best to check. Cheers B. Quote
tsp13 Posted September 13, 2009 Report Posted September 13, 2009 yher thats right and just keep tighting them till they dont wobble, the tighter they are the less speed wobble the loser they are the better turning Quote
flysurfer1080 Posted September 14, 2009 Report Posted September 14, 2009 My trucks are that rusted that I can not even adjust them - lol. Quote
Westwood Posted September 14, 2009 Report Posted September 14, 2009 dont tighten them too much or they just break (or worse break the truck/kingpin). if you need stiffer turning get stiffer rubbers. Quote
