Harness Help

hi,

 

i have a liquid force luxury 09 waist harness but i need some help with the spreader bar hold down strap. When i put it on, i do both sides up with the big buckles and then, on the left side there is a smaller buckle below the big one and i have a smaller strapping for that. but, i dont know where the strp goes through other than the buckle and how it all works. anyone who has this harness or any liquid force people. some help would really be appreciated!

the smaller webbing should run through a metal loop just under the speader bar hook.

once its though the metal loop you then run it across to the plastic part on the other side and tighten up. The smaller webbing is to stop the spreader bar riding up

took me a while to work that out as well when i first got my Luxury. Not so keen on next years luxury harness!
