I got an iPhone - Help

Nice bit of kit, but shame its dependant on itunes :-(

 

So, how do you get videos onto it other than buy them from itunes store?

 

I have some VOB files that I want to transfer, but they need to be converted etc, whats the best way to do it?

There's loads of free software you can download to transfer into itunes format

import into your library then you can convert a lot of files using itunes itself ..

add file to library- control o

then right click file and convert to ipod .

 

im not sure if it does the format you have tho ??? but thats how i do wma mp4 ect

I use a program called Handbrake. Converts but can also specify which iPod screen size you need.

Videora is pretty good too, converts just about anything and again you can specify which ipod its being converted for.
