  1. By the way, this was last used on Oxwich Bay in Gower for a fantastic tandem buggy session, taking all the friends' kids in the back buggy. My gps said I'd done about 25 miles that day. Good times ...

  3. go on, make me an offer I can't refuse ...
  4. So imagine one with more grunt than a 4.9, but pretty much the same handling characteristics ... = 6.4
  5. I've just paid up for the next kite, so this needs to go to a good home ...
  6. OK. Deal is done... just payment to arrange
  7. OK - the bar has been dug out from the back of the cupboard too and had its pic snapped - on flickr with the rest. So, the deal is now Blade II 6.4, lines, handles, bag AND Flexi bar - all for £170 delivered
  8. SOLD (and paid for) My better half's rules strike again, so 'one in, one out' applies again. As this has languished at the bottom of a cupboard for a couple of years, it's not too harsh a penalty. A very nice kite, nonetheless - it'll get going in practically nothing and is a pussycat even when the wind picks up. For me, of late though, if it's not very windy I've been doing other things, so I've tended not to even pack this. Lots of pics here, on Flickr The previous owner did contrive to get mud stains on it - which are visible in the pics. Besides the mud, it is in really good condition though -- still crispy, with no wear to bridles or other damage. Lines are practically brand new and there is a strop on the handles. So, to summarise - a very nice Blade II 6.4 (a true classic), complete with lines, handles and original rucksack -- £170 including delivery by Royal Mail Parcels. I do have a minty flexi bar for this that's been sat around for years too. Could do a deal with that too for the right offer... [Over the years, all the kites I've sold have been through the forum, with no complaints (as well as many that I've bought)]
  9. Oh, bugger the 'negotiation' - I'll have it. DM me your details for paypal ...

  21. Cleaning out my PMs just now - was reminded that the last kite I sold on the forum was my Phantom 9m to LHF-scottishrep, in 2008. That was when I bought the Sabre, it turns out. Time seems to be passing more quickly than I remember.
