I have an 06 model buggy on which the axle bolts kept coming loose so I added flat washers and spring (split) washers under the bolt head and have had no problems since. I had problems with the tubless tires going down but had them sealed by 'etyres.co.uk' when they changed one of my car tyres and never had a blow out since!
