hi wildcard! im trying out building a board. i am in the niddle of making hte former. however i am trying a new idea to make it easier to cut. im using densy foam insulation sheets instead of wood. the jiggsaw rips right through it. i havent completed it yet but i will post how it turns out. p.s. when the foam former is made, i will put a sheet of plywood the dimensions of the former on the top and bottom so the clamps don go right through it.
