hi guys picking up a go pro hero 5 wide later today was (recomened by others),soon as i get some footage will be on here, had a good session with jonny pro on sunday down at west kirby with johns helmet cam was good to get some of the footage ,will be nice too have ,going to have to learn how to do editting now

iv used this method for nearly 4 year with my sonic ,also works well with best kites and flexifoil with no problems ,all you need is the right amount of sand in the bag so that it does not drag or move ,the kites will just hover up and down a little at the edge of the window but aslong as the kite is on full depower, u will have know problems ,next time im out i will try to film this to show u all how to do it but it a good method ,last year i went to falmaer in lanzarote i forgot my bag and i was on my own ,so i dug a hole in the sand found a good size rock which would hold the chic loop in the ground put all the sand back in the hole then turned my kite over ,all was well ,one of the biggest things is to understand how your kite works properly ,hope this helps ,

i mate one of the easyest ways to lanch and land is to get a good strong bag with good strong handles fill it with sand ,get a carabina form a climbing shop ,hook your chic loop in the carabina attached to the handles walk over to the kite at the edge of the window turn the kite over and then walk back, hook chic loop in to you harness ,it sound a bit mad , but i did this for a couple of years ,its so easy

well colin im still sore for friday 5 hour and saturday 5 hours non stop ,and a big lump on the side of my head ,where the board hit me after crashing ,but all will be restored for saturday bring on the weekend

hi carl dont worrie about the launch thing mate, it was just the wait of the see weed on the lines, a bit scrary ,me and jonny pro all ways launch each other that way, some days it does'nt get any better than yesterday ,wind blowing sunshineing ,air aplanes in the sky 2 kitesurfers ,catching some good air , nice one mate

had one of best sessons at westshore 2 day , only 2 of us on the water 15mph in the morning had a brew the it kicked up 2 about 22mph ,which we was no expecting all in all a perfect day ,lol
