Active-8 Posted March 29, 2007 Report Posted March 29, 2007 Brand new Black diamond Blizzard harness. it is an extra large but i got this size to fit over clothing in the winter. good thing about it is that it will go from a 44 waist down to a 28 so it will fit anybody. i have taken the elastic off the back of legs and replaced it with solid webbing strap so it will not slide up the legs to your knees now. it cost me £55 and i have used it once but i like the Libra harness as i plug tighter into the big buggy better. i have a crewsaver breathable hyperdry drysuit here as well that i bought on a hope but nope it just dont fit me. it is red/blue and XL. this suit has the neorprene neck and cuffs and not the latex and new its RRP is £330 so and offer on this as well. brand new it is. neilj37 Posted March 29, 2007 Report Posted March 29, 2007 I have one of these harnesses. Really nice as they are a winter harness so have extra padding. A lot better than my old Petzl Corax. Nice guy to deal with too Quote
Active-8 Posted March 29, 2007 Author Report Posted March 29, 2007 thanks Neil. how do you get on with the back elastic? Quote
Ped Posted March 29, 2007 Report Posted March 29, 2007 How much are you looking for the harness Phil? I've a petzel corax at the the moment and it cuts lumps out of me!! Ped Quote
neilj37 Posted March 29, 2007 Report Posted March 29, 2007 thanks Neil. how do you get on with the back elastic? It tended to undo slightly so the leg loops drop but I have sorted this by fitting an extra buckle which locks it in place. Quote

Ped Ped, I have found using this harness that I don't get the usual bruising around my hips or legs that I got from the Petzl as it doesn't cut in. Quote
