There are NO tears or repairs. Ive added a video to Youtube at the link below so you can get a better look at the item. Great beginners / intermediate kite and really top notch depower. Huge wind range from 14mph - 29mph, COMPLETE WITH BAG , 2011 BAR AND LINES, SAFETY LEASH AND PUMP. All of which are in nearly new condition. Fantastic kite and in nearly new condition.
