Gordy8 Posted November 6, 2009 Report Posted November 6, 2009 Slowly working my way through garage and my wife thinks that six wetsuits are too many for one man. Anyway as I do not go out on the water after Sept/Oct this semi dry suit is surplus to requirements. This was one of Sola's top of the range suits a few years ago and cost an arm and a leg. It is a quality suit with glued, stitched and taped seams. Large dry zip across the back, 5mm and 3mm and has rubber padding on the knees. It is a wee bit dusty from being dry stored in the garage since last year and has had a small repair on the cuff of the left arm. One of our cats (may he RIP) decided to try and climb up the suit once and left his mark on the same left arm of the suit. This suit can be used throughout the winter, occasionally I wore a rash vest underneath when it was particularly cold. I will even chuck in a pair of sola titanium gloves!!!! £100 incl postage P.S. I'm not one for pissing in suits, particularly semi dry ones!!!!!!!!!! Quote
festa Posted November 7, 2009 Report Posted November 7, 2009 how the hell can it be semi dry suit ?? surely its either a dry suit or a wet suit ?? Quote
yorkierob Posted November 8, 2009 Report Posted November 8, 2009 its only wet if he pees in it:D Quote
Gordy8 Posted November 8, 2009 Author Report Posted November 8, 2009 I don't know why they call it semi-dry but it sounded good at the time!!!! I have to say tho that it does'nt let much water in and is much warmer than my old faithful winter steamer. Anyway, c'mon guys make me an offer Quote
